Butt Weld Tube Fittings

Our range of Tube Fittings provide weld options for joining tube.

When a tight radius bend is required, 90 Degree Tube Bends can be used. Unlike tube and pipe bent by a bend forming machine, the 90 Degree Tube Bends maintain circular cross-section integrity.

45 Degree Tube Bends (UNI Dimensions) gives a precise angle, which is more difficult to replicate when manually bending tube. 45 Degree Tube Bends also allows uniform and consistent pipework when multiple offsets are required to be installed close to one another.

Equal Tube Tees are great for pipework to be joined at right angles. Where space is a premium, Pulled Tube Tees allow for tighter work.

Our range of Concentric Tube Reducers and Eccentric Tube Reducers allow different sized tube to be joined, even if the tube isn’t aligned centrally.

We also stock a range of Schedule 10 and 40 butt weld fittings including Equal tees, Elbows and Reducers

Camlocks

Camlock Fittings is a hose coupling system used to rapidly and conveniently connect and disconnect fittings without tools. Type A has a male grooved adapter and a female pipe thread (BSP or NPT thread) of the same size. Type B, has a female camlock end and a male pipe thread of the same size. Type C, has a female camlock on one end and a male hose tail on the other. Type D, has a female camlock end and a female pipe thread of the same size. Type DC, has a female camlock end and is used as a cap. Type DP, has a male grooved adapter and is used as a cap. Type E, has a male grooved adapter on one end and a male hose tail on the other. Type F, has a male grooved adaptor and a male pipe thread of the same size. NBR Gaskets can be replaced when seals degrade due to wear and tear.

RJT

The RJT system (Ring Joint Type) is preferable when sections of pipework are frequently dismantled for manual cleaning. RJT ‘s have a robust design and forgiving ability to take up slight misalignment in pipework.

Fittings such as Sanitary Welding Liners, Male Part and Blank Liner can be welded and fabricated onto a range of products such as Tube Fittings.

Tri clamps

Tri Clamp fittings are utilised by the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries to manufacture products such as milk, alcohol and medicines.

Tri-Clamps require only hand tightening, whereas High Pressure Clamps are for high pressure applications and require tools to tighten.

Tri-Clamps also incorporates an EPDM Seal and can be replaced when the seal is worn.
