Placing an order for Click & Collect is easy and it can be done online or over the phone!

Online

1. Login to our website and create an order,
2. On checking out, select 'Click and Collect'
3. Select which Anzor branch to collect from and choose the day and time you'd like to pick up your order,
4. Complete the checkout process,
5. Once your order has been picked and placed in a locker by our team, you will receive a text or email (or both) letting you know your goods are ready to collect and which locker to collect them from.

When placing a phone order with your local branch, ask to use our Click & Collect service. We can assist in booking a pickup date and time that works for you!

Where are the lockers?

The lockers are located near the entrance of each of our branches.

Do I need ID when picking up items?

No, just the locker number and lock code which will be texted or emailed to you.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Sure, just make sure they have a copy of the email or text message with the locker number and passcode.
